I know I’m a few weeks late on this post but I’m a huge HUGE fan of Yardbird and I wanted to share this dericiousness with ya’ll anyway! For those of you who aren’t familiar with Yardbird, it is THE yakitori restaurant to go to in Hong Kong (I promise a detailed post with pictures soon).
For one night only, Chef Matt Abergel of Yardbird and the Yardbird team hosted a Mexican pop-up shop at Shake Em’ Buns! People were lining up for hours just to get a taste of their tacos! It was a tough call, but I’d have to say my favorite of the night was the Cod Tempura Taco as featured above. That Taco Cray !!!
