To start off, I think I need to clarify why atmosphere is rated the way it is under the Cray Scale. People go to Australian Dairy Company expecting to be treated like crap. That’s just the way it is here. Service at most restaurants (especially blue collar) in Hong Kong blows. Servers aren’t motivated to provide good service because the majority of people in Hong Kong don’t tip. With that in mind, if you’re expecting servers to be polite, patient and helpful, you’re likely going to lean towards a 1 in terms of rating Atmosphere. However, if you’re a masochist and you enjoy the abuse exerted by the servers, you may find yourself entertained thereby leaning towards a rating of 5. Regardless of Australian Dairy Company‘s ruthless servers, the customers continue returning. I guess its sort of like Seinfeld’s Soup Nazi!
Customer service aside, Australian Dairy Company is an iconic Hong Kong restaurant. Everyone and their mother knows of this place. They have been serving Hong Kong comfort food for years. Some of their most popular dishes are BBQ Pork Char Siu & Macaroni Soup, Scrambled Eggs, Milk Pudding, and Egg Custard Pudding.
To avoid being yelled at: Order fast. Eat fast. Leave fast.

I dont know why this place is called Australian Dairy Company when the milk is made in Hong Kong. False advertisement perhaps?

The Scrambled Eggs are a hit or miss. Some days they are the shiit and some days its shit.

Club House Sandwich this is my favorite on the menu.

Layered buttered toast, fluffy scrambled eggs, sweet pickles, creamy corned beef, thinly sliced ham, a sliver of cheese and fresh tomato.

Milk tea.

BBQ Pork Char Siu Macaroni Soup. Overrated.

Dessert Station.

Milk Pudding make sure you finish off by trying their creamy Milk Pudding!
